| About her
Originally an engineer to be, Regina took a dramatic 180-degree turn and decided to set out on an entirely different career. With a passion for making web pages fuelling her motivation, it was thus that she entered the world of digital marketing.
That was at the dawn of the 21st century, and in the last ten years, Regina has created immersive and memorable interactive experiences for local and regional consumer brands. Her clientele includes Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Airlines, Standard Chartered Bank, Sony Ericsson, Yahoo and VISA. Among these, she was also one of the key digital creatives involved in major pitches for Singapore Tourism Board and Singapore Airlines, while at XM Asia Pacific and TBWA respectively.
Regina is a constant thinker and net-o-holic who never fails to keep herself well-informed about emerging digital trends, new web technologies and the latest applications. More recently, Regina has been exposed to the area of digital strategy, and has honed her ability to combine strategic thinking, creative conceptualisation and design with motion graphics, digital technology, and user experience design, to successfully carry through the creative vision from idea to execution.
Apart from her design skills and creativity, Regina has also developed and grown client relationships through effective presentations and communication of conceptual ideas and complex solutions to clients in a comprehensible way. As a Senior Art Director, she is also a respected leader and mentor who guides junior team members in the creation of exceptional designs that surpass clients’ expectations.
In 2009, Regina participated in AWARD Singapore to further enhance her creative conceptualisation skills, and has been mentioned in several web book projects. Her other achievements include the ‘Light A Million Candles’ website which won a SILVER at the Effie Singapore Awards 2007 in the Non-Profit/Public Service/Charities category, a GOLD for Best Cause or Charity Marketing Campaign and a SILVER for Best Digital Communications Campaign at the 2007 PMAA The Dragons of Asia Awards
Regina is constantly on the look out for local and regional opportunities in a creative environment and is enthusiastic about the prospect of new and exciting challenges. |

It is hard to describe a working experience with Regina in an objective manner. She wins you over with her passion, enthusiasm and commitment. Regina challenges the ordinary, drives to better her thinking with every project she takes on.
Regina tackles on all of her work with belief and passion and it comes through in the final product. There are few creatives who stay close to my heart and Regina definitely has a place there as my trusted partner - a strategic, committed digital talent that I know is both an excellent team player, and an inspiring talent. Joanna Chua
Senior Account Director, RocketX
Regina is clearly one of the most initiated Senior Interactive Designers at Tequila Singapore.
What was valuable were her sense of responsibility, eye for details, project management skills and ability to manage difficult situations. She is highly dependable and is able to put on a strategic hat when the job calls.
It is my observation that she is well-like and respected amongst her peers. I believe she is well-equipped to lead a team and motivate the members to do great work.
Regina is a gem to work with, strongly recommended! |
